Success Stories and Technical Interventions
In this section, we document how Zebyte’s methodology has transformed critical environments into resilient operations. Due to strict forensic confidentiality, client names are omitted, focusing entirely on the technical solutions applied.
Industrial Datacenter Recovery
Scenario: Manufacturing plant experiencing constant downtime due to hardware failures and obsolete storage.
Action: Deployment of Dell PowerEdge infrastructure via the Dell Expert Network with total redundancy.
Internal Incident Resolution
Scenario: Suspected exfiltration of sensitive data and intellectual property.
Action: Scientific evidence collection and artifact analysis under a strict chain of custody.
360º Restructuring and Domain Rescue
Scenario: Company with a paralyzed critical operation: unstable telephony, precarious physical network (exposed cables), hijacked domain, and website returning 404 errors. Insecure use of a single account for corporate file storage.
Action: Recovered domain custody via the national registry and executed a total website rebuild (SEO/MetaTags). Deployed a Mikrotik Firewall, Ubiquiti Wi-Fi, and a CAT6 cabled network. Migrated to a local FileServer and standardized corporate emails.
Critical Migration: Dell PowerEdge R6615
Scenario: Growing company constrained by legacy hardware. ERP environment (Progress DB/Tomcat) experiencing low performance and high risk of downtime.
Action: Deployment of a next-gen Dell R6615 server. Configured 7 SSDs in RAID 10 + Hotspare under Windows Server Datacenter. Migrated 3 critical VMs with active monitoring.
Business Continuity and Endpoint Hardening
Scenario: Operation vulnerable due to single-link internet instability, lacking control over USB devices and web browsing.
Action: Implementation of Load Balancing with 2 redundant links. Deployed Bitdefender GravityZone protection across the entire fleet, blocking USB ports and enforcing category-based web filtering.
Service Discontinuation: Breach of Distribution Agreement
Scenario (FAIL): A partnership agreement for endpoint administration via ***defender was violated. The brazilian national distributor bypassed our channel to take direct control of Zebyte's new clients, making it impossible for us to provide technical management and secure the environment.
Action: Because Zebyte values rigorous work, protection autonomy, and does not tolerate ethical lapses that put client management at risk, we discontinued this model to avoid untrustworthy intermediaries.
